chocolate mousse for the win

this batch of mousse came out far better than my first effort. i think i folded everything together in a much smoother manner. i also did a better job of separating the egg whites. granted it still took three tries to get two evenly divided eggs, but the whites this time had less yolk in them, which means i was able to get them to soft peaks in less time. fluffy and beautiful, y’all. the mousse was not as dense as before, which means i can eat more and feel less guilty. WIN.

all in all, success. now, back to olympics and drinking wine and making a list of which olympic athletes are the dreamiest. *swoon*
